Rules for Casino Wars are very simple.
Bets are placed on card values and must be doubled
(the raise) if you go to "war". The card values are the same as for
poker, aces being always high. The player receives one card, the dealer
receives one card. If your card beats the dealers you win even money. If
the dealer's card beats yours you loose. Should both cards
be of equal value you can either forfeit half your bet or go to "war."
If you go to war the dealer will burn (discard)
three cards before giving you and them self a second card. If your
second card beats or ties with the dealer's second card you will
win even money on the raise but the original wager becomes a push. If the
dealer's second card beats yours you loose your original wager and
the raise. It is sometimes allowed for a side bet to be placed on
the odds of both cards being of equal value.
