You could also try
Contacting the software provider, maybe they are aware of the problem and know how to
correct it easily. Or read Newsgroups and Forums - you are not alone,
other people might have the answer or know who does.
Rules and Payouts
First read the terms and conditions/membership agreement contract (which you agreed to when you signed up)
for the relevant site to check your grievance is valid. Then follow the steps outlined by the site for registering a complaint.
You may have to contact the site by e-mail via customer service, support, help etc., If this is the case be polite, state your case,
ask for a response within a designated time frame (10 days is reasonable), keep a copy.
Contact the site again if the specified time frame
elapses.
If you don't feel their response is adequate or you receive no response at all see if they are a member of any gaming bodies/award
associations i.e. IGC. Advise the site that you will be contacting the relevant body with your grievance. Ensure a copy of your correspondence
to the relevant body is also forwarded to the site.
If the site is listed on our pages send us an E-Mail
telling us the outcome and we will either remove the site from our pages or credit them with great service.
